FAQ

How are your wall arts printed and framed?

We work with professional printers and framers worldwide to produce our wall art locally, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring fast shipping.

Each piece is made to order. Once you place your order, we initiate production with the printing and framing team closest to your location. Your artwork is then carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped within two business days.

What makes your wall art high quality?

We pride ourselves on offering museum-quality prints. Our artwork is printed on 400 gsm artist-grade cotton canvas with a finely textured surface to enhance every detail.

We use 12-colour Giclée printing on double-thick stretched canvas (38mm depth) for rich, vibrant colours. Each piece is hand-stretched over a handcrafted pine wood frame, finished with smooth corners and finger-jointed frames to prevent warping. Milled edges eliminate impression marks and surface cracking.

Our prints are fade-resistant and designed to last 100+ years.

What is Giclée printing?

Giclée (pronounced "zhee-clay") is a fine art printing process known for its exceptional quality. Unlike standard printing, it involves high-end inkjet technology that sprays pigment ink onto the canvas, producing rich, detailed, and long-lasting prints.

Will the artwork look the same as it does online?
We strive to represent our artwork as accurately as possible. However, differences in screen contrast and brightness may cause slight variations in colour between your monitor and the final print.

Do your wall arts come ready to hang?

Yes! Your framed prints and canvas arrive fully assembled and ready to hang—no extra steps required.

What's the difference between Canvas Prints and Framed Prints?

Canvas Prints and Framed Prints are the two main styles we offer, and we choose the one we feel best suits each individual artwork.

A Canvas Print is printed on high-quality canvas, then stretched and wrapped over a wooden frame, giving it a modern, gallery-style look.

A Framed Print, on the other hand, is printed on premium paper and presented behind non-glare glass in a classic frame. Framed prints are also available in larger sizes than canvas prints.

What sizes do you offer?

We provide a variety of sizes to suit your space, from discreet to a larger statement. All available sizes for our different artworks are listed on each product page.

Who designs your artworks? Are they unique?

All of our artworks are designed by Jen Fargeot, our founder and a Sydney-based digital artist. You won’t find these artworks anywhere else, ensuring that your décor remains one of a kind.

How eco-friendly is your production?

We are committed to sustainability:

  • Our prints are crafted with eco-friendly materials.
We partner with local printers and framers worldwide to reduce carbon emissions from long-distance shipping.
  • Decorate your home with peace of mind, knowing you’re making an environmentally conscious choice.

How should I care for my wall art?

Our prints are designed to last 100+ years with minimal maintenance. To keep your artwork in perfect condition:

  • Dust lightly with a dry cloth as needed.
  • Avoid direct sunlight to preserve colours.
  • Do not use chemicals or cleaning agents on the canvas.
