Refund policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns for faulty products. If the product delivered to you is faulty in any way, please contact us immediately at hello@jenfargeot.com
To be eligible for the return of a faulty item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start such a return, please contact us at hello@jenfargeot.com. Please include pictures and explanations on the faulty items for us to investigate.
Please note that no refunds are available for digital products.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is faulty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due the nature of our business and our artworks being printed upon order, we do not accept returns for change of mind after orders have been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately at hello@jenfargeot.com and we will let you know if you are eligible to cancel or modify your order before it's been fulfilled.

Refunds & Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will give you the options to replace your product or to be refunded.
If you opt to be refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you opt for an exchange, we will send you an updated tracking number for the delivery of the replacement item(s).
